Damian Vaughn is a former NFL player for the Cincinnati Bengals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers and now based in Scottsdale, Arizona running unique programs for high performance athletes. He is an expert in meditation training and performance coaching with a client list that ranges from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL to high-achievers in the Financial and Corporate World.
Damian's coaching at the Vaughn Center is centered in one driving purpose - to help individuals and organizations "get in the zone" more often. Entitled Flow Training, the process involves a deep understanding of the mind, brain, and emotions as they relate to an individual's ability to perform at peak levels over and over again. Damian teaches athletes how to cultivate the "Warrior State" by discovering a deeper state of calm, achieving unwavering mental clarity, and the ability to thrive in all forms of adversity. He uses highly sophisticated and systematic measures to track the results of the transformative program, and assures that athletes have an intimate knowledge of how they can cultivate more "Flow" in competition and in life.
Damian was a walk on to the Miami University of Ohio football team and was the first person to be drafted into the NFL in ten years from his alma mater. During his career in the NFL, he endured extreme mental and physical challenges, which he was able to transcend through meditation. This practice permitted him to discover the essence of not only the individual athlete but the whole of the team. He became fascinated with the experience of being in the zone, and recorded details of each "Zone" experience. By coupling his personal notes with eastern contemplative literature, he began to develop a deeper understanding of this state of being.
Despite the debilitating injury that ended Damian's career in the NFL, nothing could stand between Damian and success. After leaving his football career, Damian founded many successful businesses. First, Damian co-founded a countertop manufacturing company which quickly grew to a multi-million dollar business. Later on, he founded Terra Mar Stone, an importer, wholesaler, and distributor of rare and exotic stone for commercial application. Damian raised millions of dollars in private equity financing for his company and achieved seven-figure numbers in gross revenues. Due to these unique and remarkable experiences, Damian learned how to continue pushing himself in life after sport.
Damian has extensive training in interpersonal neurobiology from the Mindsight Institute at UCLA and cognitive neuroscience at the Center of Consciousness Studies at the University of Arizona. The subjects that Damian now teaches are a blend of Flow theory and principles, performance psychology, eastern wisdom traditions, neuroscience, and the science of Mindful Awareness.

Jeff Blake (born December 4, 1970 in Daytona Beach, Florida) is a retired American football quarterback who played in the National Football League for 14 years. Although he finished his career with the Chicago Bears, he was formerly a quarterback for the New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens, Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia Eagles.
He was drafted in the sixth round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Jets out of East Carolina University. Jeff established many records in his highly successful career as Quarterback at East Carolina.
Jeff is best known for his ability to throw the perfect "deep ball". He appeared in the Pro Bowl with the Bengals when he was selected for the AFC team. In that contest, Blake threw a Pro Bowl record-long 92-yard touchdown pass to Yancey Thigpen.
After retiring from a successful 14 year career as Quarterback in the NFL, Jeff Blake decided to take his true passion for playing football and sew into the lives of others by training and mentoring young athletes on and off the field. From this passion JBETS was born. JBETS teaches the philosophy and art of playing Quarterback and Receiver to young athletes ages 12 to 18 years old.
The Quarterback is the field general and conductor of the team. The position leads and conducts players of the team to play at a high level. Receivers must be on the same page as of the Quarterback. It is imperative to build a strong chemistry between the two positions. As Receiver, the ultimate goal is to not only catch the ball but become all around receivers which entails catching, blocking and big play capabilities. All of this can be achieved by understanding coverages, protection and blitzes.
JBETS is be a complete training: skills, fundamentals, class work and understanding the philosophy of playing Quarterback and Receiver. We will cover all bases of the game. Not just the fundamentals but also the mental skills of the game. Success on the football field is 80% mental and 20% physical.

Tony Newson is a former NFL Football Player and Businessman. Since being signed by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2002, Tony has been leveraging his athletic skills not only on the field but also in the business World. Tony's business ventures since departing the NFL in 2005 after 3 seasons include personal training, coaching, real-estate and then Tony found his 2nd love, Diamonds.
Tony's diamond venture began by trying to liquidate jewelry that he had collected during his time in the league, only to find out the $30,000.00 custom chain was 10% real and not worth 1/3 of the sale value he initially paid. This sparked an interest for Tony to learn more about the diamond business because if he had been taken for a ride, then odds were the majority of players who indulge themselves in the "BLING" hobby have been or would be abused as well. Tony used his NFL background and began moonlighting as a private security guard for local diamond dealers in the Las Vegas area. While protecting these individuals Tony learned the INS& OUTS of the diamond trade. Starting at the street level then eventually becoming a wholesale jeweler himself. In 2007 Tony partnered up with long time best friend David Kol to create NK Commodities, a direct supplier of Precious metals, rough and polished diamonds, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. NK Commodities is a consulting company, which specializes in providing Precious metals, rough and polished diamonds to direct buyers, using a simple, structured transaction process.
In 2008, NK Commodities went out to find a direct relationship with foreign suppliers to ensure the most competitive prices in the United States. This created several relationships in Israel, Belgium, Russia, India, Japan and China.
During the 2009 year Tony/NK Commodities launched Lisa Wu-Hartwell's Jewelry line (Real Housewives of Atlanta Reality show). Tony also started visiting NFL lock rooms beginning with 2 teams, The St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders. The response from the players and staff had been outstanding. Before leaving St. Louis, Tony happened to have a conversation with a former teammate regarding conflict free diamonds. This particular player asked Tony if he could assure that his diamonds were conflict free. Tony acknowledged that each and every diamond was accompanied by a Master Certificate by the world's top Gemological institutes. But, on the flight back to Las Vegas Tony thought about the conversation and knew that he could not officially guarantee that any diamond even certificated had been manufactured without the involvement of any sort of violence.
